Our newest addition involves former A-League Striker Sean Rooney coaching our young talents, with current all-time leading record holder Nikolai Topor-Stanley overseeing the defensive program.
Additionally, we’ve partnered with Shred Performance founder and fitness guru Yannick Misfud. Yannick, who currently works with A-League players, will conduct run plyometrics and speed training every Wednesday as part of the program.
For young footballers who are currently in an academy or an SAP program, Pro Night would be highly beneficial.

STAGE 2 / FULL TIME
Pro Night is offered entirely free of charge to all full-time players, increasing to 3 Sessions + 1 Match per week.

Here’s a breakdown of the full-time program:
Former A-League striker Sean Rooney will lead our specialist striker training, providing position-specific coaching to develop composure, movement, and finishing in the final third. Skill development sessions will be delivered by Kenny Chun, focusing on technical ability, ball mastery, and creativity under pressure. Additionally, we’ve partnered with S & Q specialist Yannick Misfud. Yannick, who currently works with A-League players, will deliver dedicated plyometric and speed training every Wednesday as part of the program — building explosive power, acceleration, and athletic performance.
Football Culture competes in the Sydney Premier League across both A and B Divisions, providing all players with the opportunity to develop and compete against the best academies in NSW. Matches are held on weekends, with the specific day advised upon registration.
Our SPL Program includes three structured training sessions per week and two competitive matches, creating a high-performance environment designed to accelerate development. Players are also provided with guided home skills sessions and structured recovery programs to complete independently, ensuring continued growth and optimal performance throughout the season.
