DEVELOPING FUTURE CHAMPIONS EARLY

Training good habits from a young age will create better young footballers. It’s important to keep this stage fun and engaging but also ensure all key components and fundamentals are covered. The minis play one in-house match per week as well as one training session per week to develop our 4-8 years old players.

STAGE 1

x1 Match per week (Monday 5pm)

Engage in 42 competitive matches per year, featuring fast-paced, highly technical competition. Each term culminates in semifinals and a final, with a Player of the Tournament award. Matches will be held at Landen Stadium in Seven Hills on a all-weather, synthetic grass pitch.

 

x1 Training Session per week (Friday 4.30pm)

Focused on refining ball skills and perfecting techniques, this session is a highly technical opportunity to hone your abilities.

STAGE 2 / FULL TIME

Here’s a breakdown of the full-time program:

 
Monday Matches
Engage in 42 competitive matches per year, featuring fast-paced, highly technical competition. Each term culminates in semifinals and a final, with a Player of the Tournament award. Matches will be held at Landen Stadium in Seven Hills on a all-weather, synthetic grass pitch.
 
Tuesday Elite Night
Train alongside some of the nation’s best talent. Football Culture’s Elite teams consistently rank in the top three across all age groups, competing at the highest standard in the state. Immersing yourself in this environment will undoubtedly foster both personal and athletic growth.
 
Wednesday Pro Night
Former A-League Striker Sean Rooney will be coaching our young talents, with current all-time leading record holder Nikolai Topor-Stanley overseeing the defensive program. Additionally, we’ve partnered with Shred Performance founder and fitness guru Yannick Misfud. Yannick, who currently works with A-League players, will conduct run plyometrics and speed training every Wednesday as part of the program. 
 
Friday Skills Night
Focused on refining ball skills and perfecting techniques, this session is a highly technical opportunity to hone your abilities.
 
Sydney Premier League
Football Culture competes in the Sydney Premier League across both A and B Divisions, providing all players with the opportunity to develop and compete against the best academies in NSW. Matches are held on weekends, with the specific day advised upon registration.

Our SPL Program includes three structured training sessions per week and two competitive matches, creating a high-performance environment designed to accelerate development. Players are also provided with guided home skills sessions and structured recovery programs to complete independently, ensuring continued growth and optimal performance throughout the season.
